Renieri “Cinta Senese DOP” Prosciutto is made exclusively from the thighs of our free-range Cinta Senese pigs, salt and spices. It ages slowly and naturally in our cellars in Poggibonsi (SI), at the foot of the Chianti Classico hills, in the heart of Tuscany.
An unmistakable flavour and aroma, reminiscent of brushwood, characterised by a low salt content.
Hand-sliced with a technique that best preserves its taste and aroma.
