"Cinta Senese DOP" Sbriciolona
Sbriciolona is the most characteristic of Tuscan cured meats. It is made by finely mincing choice cuts of Cinta Senese pork and adding wild fennel seeds to the mixture.
It has a very soft consistency and the slice tends to crumble. The aroma and taste are unmistakable. Free from all allergens, the mixture is packed into natural gut.
