DOP TUSCAN HAM (BONED)
Prepared from the selection of prime haunches from all-Italian pigs, is characterized by its total wholesomeness and quality of its ingredients. The preparation is made following almost maniacally the ancient recipe from RENIERI's tradition. The DOP Tuscan Ham is also available boned and vacuum-packed, in order to guarantee all its scent. It has a great slicing yield.
The renown Lean Seasoned Ham "National" keeps unchanged all the taste, scent and flavour of seasoned ham. The ham is boned fresh, thus enabling a quicker and safer slicing of the product, free from the time and energy spent for the boning.
"CINTO SENESE" HAM
RENIERI's "Cinto Senese" Ham is made from pigs breeded in the wild, thus the meat is tastier, with a deeper colour, and with a higher content of oleic fat (or "good" fat) that makes the meat savoury.
