LEAN SEASONED HAM The renown Lean Seasoned Ham keeps unchanged all the taste, scent and flavour of seasoned ham. The ham is boned fresh, thus enabling a quicker and safer slicing of the product, free from the time and energy spent for the boning. SLICED LEAN SEASONED HAM (VACUUM-PACKED) RENIERI's Lean Ham is on sale also sliced, so that our customer can store away in his larder a little supply of seasoned ham. It gives the advantage of buying small slices together with the unique quality of its ingredients, and it's vacuum-packed to keep all its scent. SEASONED SHOULDER RENIERI follows, for his Seasoned Shoulder, the same procedure as for his Seasoned Ham, "dry" corning with salt, pepper and natural flavours. The firmness and flavour of this meat, together with RENIERI's traditional recipe, are the reasons why this product is in such great demand. It is hanged in proper cool and dry rooms, and left for seasoning for more than three months, until it reaches complete ripeness. The meat is tasty and scented, deeply red and with the right amount of fine fat.
